Using 3D printing could help cut carbon emissions by up to 50%

On-site 3D reinforced concrete printing is set to bring a range of environmental, cost and community benefits to construction projects. The printing process removes any transportation of pre-cast slabs and enables more flexibility for restricted areas by removing logistical challenges.
Finally, the technology allows the optimal use of concrete and avoids waste by creating a strengthening internal lattice structure.
